Academic Division

Elisa Orosco Anders has accepted an appointment to the position of director of summer session and executive coordinator of special projects in Enrollment Management, effective Oct. 20. In this role, she will direct the operation of the Summer Session department, represent the department to internal and external constituents and work with Academic Division staff and faculty. Orosco Anders joins Enrollment Management from the Division of Student Life, where she has served as the associate dean of students since 2013. She was a core contributor to the Student Success Committee that developed and is implementing the SIF-funded Student Success Initiative. Orosco Anders will use her experience on the phase-in of an automated early warning system to help at-risk students stay on track in their courses and programs of study. In addition to her work experience at Pacific, Orosco Anders is also an alumna, having earned her MBA and EdD degrees here.

Anne Marie Bergthold is a new copywriter in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Kyle Hunt is a new behavior specialist in the Department of Psychology in College of the Pacific.

Dua Her's position was reclassified to marketing coordinator in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Kimberly Langley was rehired as administrative assistant II in Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Marisa Martinez has transferred to the position of financial aid counselor I in the Office of Financial Aid.

Erica Ruiz is an administrative assistant II in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Eric Shepherd is a professional program specialist in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Development

Michael Becker was promoted to manager of athletics annual giving.

Teri McKnight is an administrative assistant II in Alumni Relations.

Business and Finance

Wendy Meeks is a senior payroll specialist in the Controller's Office.

Ashley Dunnigan was promoted to financial reporting accountant in the Controller's Office.

Student Life

Alicia Calhoun is the new assistant director of the Community Involvement Program.

Rahsaan Ellison was promoted to assistant director of Services for Students with Disabilities.

Bailey Gutierrez is a new career advisor in the Career Resource Center.

Janice Putman-Gonzales is a new administrative assistant II in the Educational Resource Center.

Christine Haruta was promoted to associate director of corporate and employer relations in the Career Resource Center.

Alexandria Hill is the manager of water polo operations.

Brittany Norris and Eraina Persson are new group practice receptionists in the Main Clinic of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

The Dental Staff Advisory Council hosted a luncheon on Oct. 14 to welcome new employees to the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Council members and Interim Dean Nader Nadershahi were on hand to welcome nine of our newest staff in true Dugoni style!
